Shoddy management by the government? No way!
As usual, the government can't manage to keep a track of our money. Read the depressing article on how they mismanaged $30 billion. Tragic.
Angela, I don't care for the Patriot Act at all. Any legislation that takes away our liberty is not good! With that act, they can search our homes at any time without a warrant and then not even tell us it was them. I should post more on it.
