The U.S. is
upping its military presence in the Phillippines in order to prepare for any war with China. Of course, China is upset. The U.S. has also conducted naval operations in the South China Sea, right on China's doorstep. What would Jefferson and Washington think of this aggressive stance, all at taxpayer's expense? It's time to start waging peace, not war.
