In a civilized society, should anyone or any government ever force anyone to do anything against his or her will as long as that person does not infringe upon the life, liberty, or property of another?

Watching the globe

Soon there will be no place on the earth free of U.S. government surveillance.  As you can read here, the U.S. is expanding its surveillance through more bases, now in Africa.  Of course, this is all at taxpayer's expense.  Also, don't forget that the government also has the power, and has already used it, to fly surveillance drones here in the good 'ol U.S.A., the "most free" country in the world (lol).  The other day a drone crashed in Maryland.  If you hear a funny sound, look up - they may be watching you - so behave like a good little compliant citizen.
