Governments don't understand economics

All throughout history, governments have made people miserable with endless war and the mishandling of economics. The two most famous contemporary examples are Hugo Chavez's Venezuela and Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe. It now takes $1 million Zimbabwe dollars to buy one U.S. dollar.
