In a civilized society, should anyone or any government ever force anyone to do anything against his or her will as long as that person does not infringe upon the life, liberty, or property of another?

They smear him because they are afraid

The neocon warhawks who hijacked the Republican Party are stepping up the smear campaign against the champion of the Constitution, Ron Paul. They see on his website how much money he's raising, and they know he has an excellent chance to do really well in two out of the first three primaries - New Hampshire and Nevada. Since they're afraid, they are and will continue to smear him. They'll call him a nutjob, a freak, a fringe candidate, a 2nd tier candidate, a man out of step with society, a violent man, a man supported by fruitcakes, and on, and on, and on.

Fortunately, you and I know better. Here's a man who served his country in the Air Force, delivered thousands of babies, has been married to the same woman for 50 years, has never taken a congressional junket, has never voted to raise taxes, has never voted for an unbalanced budget, refused to take a congressional pension, voted against the Iraq War, and returns some of the money given to him to run his office in Washington back to the Treasury every year.

They will really step up the smearing after December 16th, when Ron Paul's supporters send him another $5 or $6 million to commemorate the Boston Tea Party. Simply laugh at their smear campaign, and continue to tell others how great Ron Paul is and how much we need him at the helm.

So, did you hear about "Barack's Friday"? If not... Barack's campaign team set a goal to raise over 5mil in one day (Nov. 16th) "to make history" obviously to beat our man, Ron Paul! Along with other candidates who are trying to out-do Dr. Paul. So, anyway... last night when I left work at 9pm... Obama had a whopping 66 donators, raising $4,312! HAHAHAHA! Freaking brilliant! When I got home last night from the Ron Paul meetup, I went to check what Obama ended up with in those 24 hours, thinking MAYBE his supporters were waiting until really late to donate loads of money at once... but no, Barack Obama had 69 donators, and $4,500! HAHA. Ron Paul made OVER $40k the same day! What I love even more than that, is how Obama, Thompson, etc etc are all promoting these mock-moneybombs on their websites, and asking their supporters to raise X amount of money in the span of 24 hours... when Ron Paul's November5th was not HIM or his campaign staff promoting November 5th... it was his supporters. His supporters made the videos, his supporters were the ones spreading the Nov 5th word, his supporters built a website, it was purely the people taking a stand for the great man! I feel so proud and happy for Ron Paul.

December 16th!! :D

I was wrong, I was wrong... I went and did more research, and it wasn't Obama's campaign staff that had the "Barack's Friday" It was apparently just a supporter's thing. AH WELL! Still didn't come together like Dr. Paul's people. :)

Don't forget to buy USA Today on Monday morning. There should be a full-page ad from an anonymous supporter. If it isn't there Mon, it will be there Tuesday.
